Terms and Conditions – Agata Matczak Art Online Store

 

  1. General Information
    This online store is operated by Agata Matczak, located at Am Finkenberg 1, 49525 Lengerich, Germany, as a small business exempt from VAT according to §19 German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung).

  2. Store Offer
    The store offers:

  • Original paintings by the artist

  • Fine art prints (Art Prints) – high-quality reproductions printed on matte paper, produced on demand by the external partner Gelato

  1. Prices
    All prices listed in the store are final prices.
    No VAT is charged in accordance with §19 (1) UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
    For Art Prints, shipping costs are not included in the product price – they are displayed during the checkout process.

  2. Payments
    Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
    Orders are processed after the payment has been received in full.

  3. Order Fulfillment
    Original artworks are shipped directly by the seller.
    Art Prints are printed on demand and dispatched by Gelato from the production facility closest to the customer.

  4. Shipping Costs

  • Art Prints: Shipping fees are automatically calculated by Gelato and shown to the customer at checkout.

  • Original artworks: Shipping costs are stated individually on each product page.

  1. Delivery Time
    Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
    The standard delivery time is up to 14 business days after receipt of payment.
    For Art Prints, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and Gelato’s local print hub.

  2. Returns and Complaints
    Complaints regarding damage during transport should be reported immediately upon receipt of the package (preferably with photographic evidence).
    As Art Prints are custom-made to order, there is no right of return without cause, according to §312g BGB (personalized products).
    Returns of original artworks are possible within 14 days of receipt after prior email contact. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
